Τραγανό πάτο σε σχήμα φύλλου, γεμάτο με αρνί, πράσο και καρότα. Τα καλύτερα τηγανητά σε μαντεμένιο τηγάνι!!! 🥟🥟🥟 Τα πρώτα ζυμαρικά του 2022. Αυτή τη φορά επιχειρώντας ένα νέο σχήμα δεν έχω ξανακάνει. Είναι λίγο πιο προκλητική από τη συνηθισμένη μέθοδο που κάνω, οπότε η αρχική παρτίδα φαίνεται λίγο ακατάστατη lol. Αργότερα φαίνονται καλύτερα (έχω και τώρα έναν τόνο στην κατάψυξη). Η ζύμη ήταν 400g αλεύρι και περίπου 210g νερό συν πρέζα αλάτι, σε μερίδες σε περιτυλίγματα 12-13g. Γέμιση παρακάτω: – 500 γρ αρνίσιο κιμά – 200 γρ καρότα ψιλοκομμένα – 100 γρ πράσο ψιλοκομμένο – 1 αυγό – 3 κουταλιές της σούπας σάλτσα σόγιας – 2 κουταλιές της σούπας ζεστό νερό (προεγχασμένο με πιπέρι σιτσουάν για 5-10 λεπτά) – ¼ κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι Ελέγξτε τα καρούλια μου για πλισέ, μόλις πλισθεί, απλά βράστε ή στον ατμό μέχρι να ψηθεί και σερβίρετε με το αγαπημένο σας ντιπ. Το δικό μου είναι: – 1 κουταλιά της σούπας λάδι τσίλι – 1/2 κουταλιά της σούπας σόγια – 1/2 κουταλιά της σούπας ξύδι Zhenjiang – Τόνοι ψιλοκομμένο φρέσκο κρεμμυδάκι/κόλιανδρο – Έξτρα ψιλοκομμένο τσίλι αν σας αρέσει ζεστό, είμαι ευγνώμων που πέρασα πολύ χαλαρωτικές διακοπές και λίγο χρόνο για επαναφόρτιση. Now that might not be too bad if the animals patiently stood there waiting to get hit, but, needless to say, they aren’t. Often the equipment is not working properly either, thus rendering accurate stunning impossible, but the line keeps on moving whether the creature is unconscious or not.”
“He’ll kick them [hogs], fork them, use anything he can get his hands on. He’s already broken three pitchforks so far this year, just jabbing them. He doesn’t care if he hits its eyes, head, butt. He jabs them so hard he busts the wooden handles. And he clubs them over the back.”

I’ve seen hogs in the scalding tub trying to swim.”
